First timers driving the market

First-timers drive a rebounding market

'Vancouver detached house prices are the lowest they have been in two or three years,' say one couple convinced that the time is ripe to purchase" Globe and Mail Mar. 13/09.

Open houses are busier than ever, interet rates lower than ever, have we hit the bottom and are now in for a rebound?  Maybe not but multiple offers are picking up on selective properties.  Fixer uppers are not what buyers are looking for these days.  They want everything already spruced up and well priced.  The lower end listings such as condos are taking off with first time buyers leading the way.  I believe a ripple affect will soon engulf the higher end homes.  Of course homes will start selling but prices will remain low. Make your move ...because its NOW!  Remember you sell low, you buy low and you sell high you buy high.
