With an increase in showings on listings in the last 3 weeks, especially in the last week, the market is changing.  Low interest rates have really increased market activity.  We are seeing multiple offers on the lower end apartments and sales in detached homes have increase in the month of February.  Could this be the end of the slow market?  Maybe? But the activity in buyers search has proven to be a upward movement in the real estate market.   As I always said...What are you waiting for? An increase?  Why not buy when the market is down? Never follow the others in the market, always go against the market and you will win.
