Its looks like the market has been making a change.  Activity has increased dramatically in the last week.  Tomorrow we will hear if the Interest Rates are set to decline which I predict they will.  Sellers are holding their prices firm also.  So, this is the right time to buy.  With increase activity comes higher selling prices, so what are you waiting for! 

Many buyers I see are investing in real estate for their children.  If parents dont need a mortgage to buy they should really consider holding a mortgage for their kids.  This a great way to right off incidentals for rental property.  See your accountant!
