The last week has shown increased market activity.  Open Houses have never been busier.  I have receiving lots of phone calls on my listings.  What does this mean?  It seems that the times are changing again.  So for those of you who are "waiting", for what I dont know, this could be the time to start in on the market.  I have spoken to many realtors from all over the GVRD and they have noticed the same increase in activity.  Remember you might get into competition if you wait any longer.  The "choice" properties will be the first to you.
