That is the big question.  The stock market has finally levelled off and so should the real estate market.  I think its a great time to buy!  There are some really good deals out there and alot of great properties have already gone off the market.

The inventory will start to decrease as some sellers would rather wait and see than list their property for months.  You shouldnt be shy in putting in offers.  Sellers will look at any offers.  Of course they may counter but still some may not!

The Cdn dollar is on the move upward!  Usually the interest rates follow.  This should give you more reason to jump in now and not wait.....wait for what????  If you need a place to live---buy it!
